Chapter History

The Portland Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi was charted on September 9, 1953 by Charles Maxey, Alvin Baptise, Richard Neal, Herman Plumner, and Ulysses Plumner. The chapter is the only alumni chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi in the state of Oregon.
